As the year wraps up...

I am on yet another flight, heading to yet another meeting and I’m finally beginning to feel the exhaustion. Currently, I’m trying to finish up the leadership selection process for next year’s leaders, keep in touch with students who are going to Cairo with me this summer, figure out summer school assignments and housing for while we’re in Cairo, and work on a prayer ministry seminar for Catalyst (our week-long leadership camp). I’m sure I’ve missed a few things in that list, but that tends to happen when you’re feeling a bit sleep deprived!

There are a number of unknowns that I can’t attend to right now. One of the biggest concerns my housing situation. I need to move out of my apartment this summer, but spending six weeks in Cairo adds a few complications. In addition to figuring out how and when I’m going to move, my new lease starts 2 months before my old lease ends. Do I try to find a subletter for my old place, my new place or try to end my lease early? These questions and countless others for which I don’t have the answers to right now are making it hard to sleep at night!

If anyone has thoughts or suggestions, they would be much appreciated. I really need help trusting that God will work this through in the end, because I am incapable to figuring it out right now!!

Thanks.
