WULF says "YES"

Bible study in the works for Wash U's secular humanist group

The students of WULF - the secular humanist group at Washington University - have said yes to being in a bible study with One Voice staff Andrea Garner. Andrea talked to Eddy, WULF's president, to see if he'd be interested in an inductive study looking at John's Gospel. Eddy loved the idea of an inductive study (learning to observe, interpret and apply scripture) saying it sounded like a great approach (imagine that!) and quite similar to the scientific method. The bible study Andrea's leading has now become an official WULF event.

So far, seven students have signed up for the bible study happening in two weeks. From scientists professing atheism to philosophers looking for spirituality, this group isn't what church goers typically imagine when they think of a bible study, but it is SO good.

Thank you for praying for God to be at work here!
